摘要
介绍了等离子喷涂的沉积过程。由于基体与涂层的热膨胀系数的不匹配 ,在它们共同冷却的过程中 ,产生了不同的热变形。采用有限元瞬态热分析方法对等离子喷涂过程的温度场进行了分析。在此基础上 ,进一步计算了常用的Al2 O3涂层与 16Mn基体组成的喷涂系统的残余应力分布 。
The deposition process of plasma spraying coating was presented in this paper. Since the mismatch of thermal expansion coefficients, there was a differential thermal contraction between substrate and coating during cooling. And a finite element method which type of analysis was transient was developed to analyze the temperature field based on a demonstration. And then,the residual stress within Al 2O 3 coating and 16Mn substrate were derived from the thermal history using the finite element method. Finally,the analysis result is discussed.
