摘要
某厂的两套加氢装置使用了由国外设计、制造的H—H型螺纹锁紧环换热器 ,由于设计不合理 ,在停车对换热器进行拆装时 ,出现了外圈螺栓粘结、螺纹锁紧环螺纹损坏、内法兰螺栓拆卸困难和密封泄漏等问题 ,通过采取改变螺栓结构和改进拆装程序与方法等措施 ,完成对换热器的检修 。
The imported H-H threaded locking ring heat exchangers used in the hydrotreating plants were found to have design defects during equipment overhaul.The outer main bolts,interior flange bolts and locking thread were damaged to some extents resulting in difficult removal and leakage.Improved bolt feature and removal program had adopted in solving the problems and favourably operation achieved.
