摘要
目的 对低压铸造流场与温度场进行耦合计算的研究,使温度场的计算更加符合客观实际.方法根据低压充型过程的特点,利用计算机模拟技术对其进行模拟.结果 对低压铸造流场与温度场耦合进行了模拟,并且对模拟结果进行分析和总结.结论 耦合模拟结果符合实际情况,模拟方法正确合理.
Aim\ The numerical simulation of the process coupling heat transfer to fluid flow has been developed. Methods\ Base on the theory of the simulation for low pressure casting, the results has been simulated. Results and Conclusion\ The results of simulation of coupling match with the fact and the method of simulation is correct and reasonable.
