摘要
对某高压炉使用后的2批Pt-10Rh催化网取样观察。用化学分析、光谱定量、X-射线衍射、电子探针、扫描电镜等方法分析了样品的组成及状态。结果表明,催化网的Pt、Rh体浓度降低,表面Rh富集强度高并氧化为Rh2O3,“菜花状”凸起表面大,丝裂、裂纹明显,样品已完全处于碎裂失活状态。分析了失活成因,并对催化网的使用提出合理化建议。
The waste Pt - 10Rh catalyst gauzes used for nitric acid production were analyzed by CA, ICP - AES, XRD, EPMA and SEM. The results indicated that the bulk concentration of platinum in the gauzes decreased, whereas the concentration of rhodium on the surface of gauze increased. Rhodium was oxidized to Rh2O3. The crackle and 'rape flower' bulges were observed on the surface of the gauzes. The wires of the gauzes were broken completely, and the catalyst gauzes have lost catalitical reactive. The reasons of deactivation were analyzed, and some suggestions were proposed.
