摘要
本文研究了B含量对铸态非化学计量比贮氢合金Mm (NiCoMnAl) 5 1Bx 的相结构及其电化学性能的影响。结果表明 ,加B合金中除了CaCu5相以外还含有一定量的第二相MmCo4 B ,且随着B元素含量的增加而增加 ;B的加入有利于提高合金的活化性能和高倍率放电性能 ,合金的循环寿命亦有所提高 。
The influence of the boron additive on the phase structure and electrochemical properties of the Mm(NiCoMnAl) 5.1B x non-stoichiometry hydrogen storage alloy as cast state were studied.It is found that CaCu 5-type main-phase and a small amount of MmCo 4B-type secondary phases are included in the structure of boron containing alloys,the abundance of secondary phase increases with the increasing of boron content.The addition of boron could enhance the activation performance,high rate discharge capability and the cycle life of the hydrogen storage alloys,but lead to slightly decrease in the discharge capacity and the discharge voltage characteristics.
