针灸治疗抑郁症的研究进展

Advance in treatment of depression with acupuncture and moxibustion

以显著持续心情低落为主要特征的抑郁症是全球性的主要精神卫生问题 ,以应用抗抑郁药物为主的临床治疗由于受到多方面的制约至今尚未取得突破性进展 ,而与此同时应用针灸疗法治疗抑郁症的有效性和优越性却日益得到关注。就近年来有关抑郁症的发病机制研究以及针灸治疗抑郁症的基础研究和临床进展作一简要综述 ,同时也指出目前所存在的问题及相应的解决措施 ,以期为针灸治疗抑郁症作出客观的科学评价 ,并进一步推动针灸疗法在抑郁症治疗方面的应用。

Depression is a kind of mood disorder characterized by remarkable and persistent listlessness.Now the clinical therapy is mainly limited by the side effect and addiction of anti-depression medicine.Meanwhile,the validity and superiority of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of depression has been paid more andmore attention.In this review,we take a brief statement of pathogenesis of depression,basically research and clinical improvement of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,the existing problems and the solving measures,so as to give an objective evaluation to actualities of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of depression and promote its further application in clinic.
