摘要
为观察康欣胶囊对血管性痴呆 (VD)模型大鼠海马 CA1 区神经型一氧化氮合酶 (n-NOS)表达的影响 ,采用光化学反应法制作 VD模型大鼠 ,康欣胶囊高中低剂量及阳性西药喜得镇给药 1个月 ,同时设立模型组和空白组 ,电镜观察各组大鼠海马 CA1 区血管情况 ,免疫组化染色观察海马 CA1 区 n-NOS阳性细胞情况 ,结果电镜下康欣胶囊各给药组及阳性西药组海马 CA1 区血管堵塞及肿胀坏死情况明显轻于模型组 ,与空白组情况接近 ,n-NOS阳性细胞显著多于模型组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,与空白组接近 ,说明康欣胶囊可提高 VD模型大鼠海马 CA1 区 n-NOS表达 ,保护海马 CA1
To observe the effects of KANGXIN capsule on nervous nitricoxide synthase(n NOS)express of hippocampus CA\-1 area in rats of vascular dementia,the models of rats were replicated by photochemical reaction and treated with high,middle and low dosages of KANGXIN capsule and positive western medicine(such as hydergine)in comparison with the model and blank group for one month,then the situation of blood vessels and n NOS positive cells of hippocampus CA\-1 area was observed by electron microscope and immunohistochemical staining respectively.The results showed that the hippocampus CA\-1 in the KANGXIN capsule groups and positive western medicine group was inferior to the model group,while similar to the blank group in removing vascular blockage,swelling and necrosis.And n NOS positive cells in the former were obviously more than that in the latter(P<0.01),while similar to the blank group.It indicates that KANGXIN capsule could improve n NOS express of hippocampus CA\-1 area in rats of vascular dementia,and then protect the blood vessels of hippocampus CA\-1 area.\;
