补阳还五汤提取液的药理比较研究

Comparative Study of BUYANG HUANWU Decoction on Pharmaceutics of Extraction by Different Technology

为了研究补阳还五汤治疗半身不遂的有效成分 ,选择凝血酶原时间、凝血时间、小鼠断头后张口喘气时间等 3个药理指标 ,研究补阳还五汤的水煎煮、乙醇回流、乙醚回流、乙醚回流后水煎煮等不同工艺提取液对药理指标的影响 ,与对照组比较 ,不同提取工艺的提取液对这 3个药理作用指标表现出相似的作用效果 ,在有机溶剂提取液中 ,乙醚回流提取液表现出对延长凝血酶原时间较好的效果 ,其次为脱脂水煎液。对延长凝血时间和小鼠断头后张口喘气时间效果较好的是脱脂水煎液 ,而乙醚回流提取液较差。

To study the efficient ingredient of BUYANG HUANWU decoction on hemiplegia,the influence of extraction by different technology,such as decoction,ethanol or aether circumfluence,decoction after aether regurgitation,on pharmaceutics was studied by choolsing the following three pharmaceutical indexes:the time of thrombogen,clotting and mice's gasping after decollation.The effects of extraction by different technology on the above indexes were similar,compared with the control group.In organic solvent,The extraction by aether regurgitatioin showed the top effects on delaying the time of thrombogen,followed by absorbent decoctor and rats'gasping after decollation,followed by aether regurgitation.The results can be concluded that the technique of absorbent decoction may be used as the extraction technology of study the mechanism of the efficient ingredient of BUYANG HUANWU decoction on hemiplegia.\;
