独角莲地上各部位氨基酸含量的分析

Analysis of Amino Acid in the Typhonium gigateum Engl.

目的 :测定独角莲雄蕊、雌蕊、花瓣、果肉和种子中氨基酸含量 ,并观察不同生长期独角莲叶中氨基酸含量的变化。方法 :采用氨基酸自动分析仪测定独角莲地上各部位氨基酸含量。结果 :从雄蕊、花瓣、果肉中检出 1 6种氨基酸 ,从雌蕊、种子中检出 1 5种氨基酸 ;5个地上部位都以谷氨酸含量最高 ;从独角莲叶中检出 1 6种氨基酸 ;不同生长期独角莲叶中氨基酸含量分别为1 1 .0 98%( 8月 1 0日 )、1 2 .665 %( 9月 1 0日 )、1 4.5 0 6%( 1 0月 1 2日 )。结论 :独角莲地上各部位氨基酸含量丰富 。

Objective:To determine the amino acid content in the stamen, pistil, petal, pulp and seed of Thyphonoim gigateum Engl. Then, to observe change of the amino acid level in the leaves in the different growth period. Methods: The amino acid automatic analysis machine was used. Results:Sixteen kinds of amino acid were analysed in stamen, petal and pulp. Fifteen kinds of amino acid were detected from pistil and petal. Glutamic acid had the highest content of amino acid in the five positions of the plant. The leaves contained sixteen kinds of amino acids.The total amount of amino acids were 11.098% (August 10), 12.665% (September 10),14.506%(October 12) respectively. Conclusion: This study may provide scientific reference for the use of this plant.
