摘要 目的 :研究溶血磷脂酸 ( LPA)对心肌细胞膜离子通道的作用及机制。方法 :采用全细胞膜片钳技术。结果 :0 .1、1 .0和 1 0 .0 μmol·L-1的 LPA对豚鼠心室肌细胞 Ca2 +通道电流均具有明显的增强作用 ,而且这种作用可以被 G蛋白受体阻断剂白喉毒素阻断。结论 :LPA通过与 G蛋白偶联的膜受体介导促进豚鼠心室肌细胞 Ca2 + Objective: To study the effect of lysophosphatidic acid and their mechanisms. Methods:The whole cell voltage clamp technique was used in isolated ventricular cells of guinea pig. Results:LPA ( 0.1 ,1.0 and 10.0 μmol·L -1 ) showed significant enhancement to the calcium current in dose dependece manner, and the effect was blocked by PTX, a Gprotein coupled receptor blocking agent. Conclusion:LPA can promote the opening of calcium channels of the ventricular cells by G protein coupled membrane receptor.
