人工晶体植入术后炎性并发症与TNF-α和IL-8的关系

Relationship between the Levels of TNF-α as well as IL-8 and the Inflammatory Complication in Rabbits after IOL Implantation

目的 :探讨血浆和房水肿瘤坏死因子 - α( TNF- α)、白细胞介素 - 8( IL- 8)与人工晶状体植入术后炎性并发症的关系。方法 :采用放射免疫法对 40例晶状体囊外摘除后房型人工晶状体植入术后 3种不同级别炎性并发症家兔进行血浆和房水 TNF-α和 IL- 8测定。结果 :40只家兔在血浆和房水内 TNF-α和 IL- 8术后较术前均升高 ,且与术后炎性并发症呈正相关。结论 :血浆和房水 TNF-α和 IL- 8水平在晶状体囊外摘除后房型人工晶状体植入后升高 ,且升高水平与炎性并发症呈正相关 ,TNF- α和 IL- 8可作为监测术后恢复情况。

Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of the relationship between the levels of both tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α) and interleukin 8 (IL 8) in serum and aqueous humor and the grade of the complication in rabbits after lens extracapsular extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation (PC IOL). Methods: Fourty rabbits were performed the PC IOL implantation and observed the change of the ocular anterior segment at the third day through slight microscope. According to the exudation of fibrin in anterior chamber and the amount of inflammatory cells on the surface of IOL,the postoperative complication was devided three grades. The levels of TNF α and IL 8 from the samples of 4 ml venous blood and 300 μl aqueous humor at preoperation and the third postoperative day were determined by radioimmunoassy. Results: All rabbits had higher levels of TNF α and IL 8 in serum and aqueous humor after operation than those at preoperation, which related to postoperative grade of the inflammatory complication. Among 40 rabbits, 11 rabbits belong to zero degree,16 first, and 13 second. Conclusion: It is very important to determine the levels of TNF α and IL 8 in serum and aqueous humor after lens extracapsular extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation, which may help the doctor to judge the postoperative recovery and to predict the progress.
