抗LBP多抗对LPS诱导的肺组织NF-κB活化的抑制作用 被引量:2

摘要 通过凝胶电泳迁移率改变法 (EMSA)观察兔抗大鼠LBP多抗对LPS诱导的肺组织NF κB活化的影响 ,并用ELISA法测定肺组织匀浆TNF α和IL 6含量。结果发现抗LBP抗体能显著抑制LPS诱导的肺组织NF κB的活化 ,并显著降低肺组织TNF α和IL 6含量 ,但这一作用只有在早期应用时才会有显著效果 ,在LPS作用的后期应用抗体的效果不明显。抗LBP抗体对NF κB活化以及对TNF α和IL To observe the effects of polyclonal antibodies to rat LPS binding protein on LPS induced activation of NF κB and production of TNF α and IL 6 in the lung. The activation of NF κB and the contents of TNF α and IL 6 were measured by electrophoretic mobility shift assay and ELISA respectivly. We found that both the activity of NF κB and the levels of TNF α and IL 6 in the lung were significantly decreased by the antibodies when used at early stage, but not at late stage after LPS challenge. These data indicated that the antibodies to LPS binding protein might have a potential value in the prevention of acute lung injury as a result of LPS challenge.
