神经细胞粘附分子在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的表达

摘要 为探讨神经细胞粘附分子 (NCAM)在非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)发生中的作用 ,运用基因芯片和RT PCR技术检测 18例胃NHL细胞中NCAM基因的表达。基因芯片结果表明 ,NCAM基因在NHL中表达显著增高 (Cy3/Cy5 >2 0 ) ,半定量RT PCR结果与基因芯片检测结果相同 ,并且有远处扩散的患者NCAM基因表达值高于无扩散患者。 To investigate the role of neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) in the pathogenesis of non Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), the expressions of NCAM gene in 18 NHL cells were detected by cDNA microarray and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). The expressions of NCAM gene in NHL cells were significantly higher than in normal tissues (Cy3/Cy5>2 0), and also by RT PCR. The gene expression in metastasis group was 6 86±1 84, and it was higher than that in non metastasis group. The results suggested that the high expressions of neural cell adhesion molecule gene might be correlated with the pathogenesis of NHL.
