芦荟苦素对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率及对白血病小鼠生存期的影响

Effect of aloesin on tumor-inhibition rate and survival-extending rate in tumor or leukemia bearing mice

目的 :考察芦荟苦素对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率及对白血病小鼠生存期的影响 ,同时 ,初步分析其抗肿瘤机理。方法 :以S180 、H2 2 瘤株及T615白血病瘤株造模 ,设空白、对照、给药 (高、低剂量 ) 4组 ,分别考察芦荟苦素对各组小鼠抑瘤率和生存期的影响 ,并比较其显著性。结果 :芦荟苦素对S180 及H2 2 小鼠均有极明显的肿瘤抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,抑瘤率分别达到 5 0 .6 9%及4 1.4 6 %以上 ;对L615白血病小鼠生命延长率达到 5 3.2 4 %以上。结论 :芦荟苦素是芦荟抗肿瘤、抗白血病的有效成分之一。其抗肿瘤机制可能为促进分裂中期微管聚集 。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of aloesin on the tumor inhibition rate and the survival extending rate of S 180 ?H 22 , and then, make a brief analysis on its antitumor mechanism. METHODS Cell strain S 180 ,H 22 and L 615 were inoculated for the experimental mice, which were divided into four groups later (blank, positive, high dose and low dose). After 7 days of ip injection, the mice were executed and tumor were extracted, then the tumor inhibition rate and the survival extending rate could be calculated. RESULTS The average tumor inhibition rate on S 180 and H 22 were above 50.69% and 41.46% respectively.The survival extending rate on L 615 mice were above 53.24% . CONCLUSIONS Aloesin has the effects of repressing on solid tumor S 180 and H 22 , and extending the survival time of leukemia mice. The anticancer mechanism may be facilitate the microtubule aggregating in the middle of intermitotic cells, disturb the kargomitosis course of cancer cells and enhance the immunity of the body.
