正常人泪液与唾液成份的比较

A comparision between the quality of tears with saliva

目的 比较正常人泪液、颌下腺及腮腺分泌液各种成份之间的差异 ,探讨用自身唾液代替泪液的可行性、可能发生的问题及解决方法。方法 常规生化检查方法测定 30例正常人颌下腺分泌液、腮腺分泌液及泪液成份并进行比较。结果 正常人唾液和泪液成份比较显示 ,泪液中各项成份 ,唾液中均可检出 ,虽然颌下腺分泌液、腮腺分泌液及泪液某些成份上存在差异。但除钠含量及渗透压的值差异较大外 ,其余各项值的均值偏离不大。正常人泪液中也含有很高浓度的淀粉酶。

Objective To compare the quality of tears with the saliva from parotid gland and submandibular gland,to study the feasibility of using the autologous saliva as a substitution of tears.Methods With the routine biochemical procedures,the secretion of submandibular gland and parotid gland and the tears of 30 normal people were tested and compared with each other.Results Although secretion of submandibular gland and parotid gland and tears differed in some contents,all contents of tears could be found in saliva;all mean values were close to each other except the values of sodium and osmolality;amylase concentration was also very high in tears of normal people.Conclusion The submandibular gland saliva may be used as the substitution of tears.
