摘要
目的 :引流尿液防止和减少外渗 ,避免粘连 ,暂时缓解梗阻 ,降低肾内压 ,保护肾功能 ,减轻感染 ,防止粘连和狭窄。方法 :经输尿管镜或膀胱镜置入。结果 :用输尿管镜 ,膀胱镜置取管 1 960例。结果 :全部患者取管 1月后静脉肾盂造影输尿管通畅。结论 :上尿路术后置入双J管对防止输尿管术后并发症的发生有不可替代的作用。
Objective:To drain urine and decrease ooze, avoid adhesion , mitigate the obstruction temporarily, lower the pressure in the nates and protect the kidneys. It's also useful to decrease infection and avoid stricture.Methods: Deposed by urteroscopy or cystscopic. Results:Deposing and taking out of the stents for 1960 cases by urteroscopy and cystscopic. AI1 patients' ureters are unobstructedly showed in the exceretory urography a month after the operation.Conclusion:Deposing the double pigtail stent after the operation of nates or ureters is necessary to prevent the complication. The urteroscopy should be the first selection to take out of the stent when the cathetet draw back to the ureter or it didn't reach the urinary bladder.
