摘要
目的 评估掌指骨骨折治疗方法的临床效果。方法 应用微型钢板和微型外固定器两种材料治疗掌指骨骨折 ,术后配合早期功能锻炼。结果 微型钢板治疗 4 8例 ,术后随访 3- 6月 ,所有病例骨折断端未见移位 ,无骨不愈合或关节僵直发生。X线片显示 ,骨折愈合时间 7- 12周 ,平均 8.5周。微型外固定器治疗 32例 ,术后随访 3- 6月 ,与健侧比较 ,伤指无明显畸形成角或旋转畸形。X线片显示 ,骨折愈合时间 8- 13周 ,平均 9周 ,无骨不愈合。结论 两种固定材料稳定性能良好 ,固定范围局限 ,不影响相邻关节活动 。
Objectives To evaluate clinical results of the fracture of the metacarpus and phalanges treated by two methods.Methods The fracture of metacarpus and phalanges treated by micro-bone-plate and micro-external-fixator,Simultaneously,early exercise after operation.Results 48 cases treated by micro-bone-plate,Followed up 3-6 months after operation,no abnormal movement and nonunion and joint stiffness were found in all cases.Photograph shows that the fracture were healed from 7-12 weeks with average of 8.5 weeks,32 cases treated by micro-external-fixator,followed up 3-6 months postoperation,no distinct angulation and romation deformity were found.Photograph shows that the periods of the fracture is 8-13 weeks with average 9 weeks. Conclusions Two materials could provide a high stability and the adjancent joints could move freely.
