摘要
异位妊娠(以输卵管妊娠为主)的发生率明显增加。对早期的输卵管妊娠、输卵管妊娠破裂或流产的诊断、鉴别诊断以及输卵管妊娠的期待治疗、非手术治疗、手术治疗、预防等方面提出了中西医的诊断与治疗策略。
The incidence of heterotopic pregnancy(mostly oviducal pregnancy)is markedly increased.This article presents the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of early stage of oviducal pregnancy and ruptured tubal pregnancy or abortion,and its expectant treatment,non-operative and operative treatment and prevention.Strategies of both TCM and western medicine were mentioned.
