摘要
目的:探讨地龙肽(LP)对小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法:LP不同剂量给正常或免疫抑制小鼠灌胃7 d,观察LP对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应,巨噬细胞细胞毒效应以及巨噬细胞和脾细胞产生NO的影响。结果:LP 0.1,0.5 mg/ml组明显提高淋巴细胞增殖率,增强巨噬细胞细胞毒效应,提高巨噬细胞和脾细胞分泌NO的水平(P<0.01),0.5 mg/ml明显提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能(P<0.01)。结论:在一定剂量下,LP具有调节免疫功能、拮抗环磷酰胺引起的免疫抑制的作用。
Objective: Our aim was to explore the effects of lumbricus peptides (LP) on specific and non-specific immunological function in mice. Methods: Different doses of LP were givent to stomach of normal or immunological suppression mice for 7 days and the effects of LP on lymphocyte proliferating, cellulotoxic effect of macrophagc, and level of NO were determined. Results: The LP (0. 1 and 0.5 mg/ml) can increase the lymphocyte proliferating rate, cellulotoxic effect of niacrophage, and the level of NO in normal mice ( P <0. 01 ) and can increase the immunological function of immunological suppression mice (0.5 mg/ml, P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The LP can adjust the immunologic function and antagonise the inhibition of cytoxan on immunological function.
