Analysis of Relative Factors Affecting Angle ANB

目的:分析ANB角及其相关因素。方法:对130名恒牙合人群做X线头影测量,以ANB角为因变量,作逐步回归分析。结果:ANB角与GOGN—SN,N—ME,Y axis—SN,A点凸度及前下面高呈正相关关系。与S—N及下颌体长呈负相关关系。结论:ANB角作为上、下颌骨矢状位置关系的重要评价指标,但其亦受诸多因素影响,故在评价上、下颌矢状位置关系时,需与其它因素综合评价。

Objective: Our aim was to analyze the relative factors affecting angle ANB. Methods:The results of cephalometric analysis of 130 persons with permanent occlusions were analyzed with stepwise regression about ANB angle and its relative factors. Results: The value of angle ANB had positive correlation with the values of GOGN-SN, N-ME, Y axis-SN, convexity of point A, lower anterior facial height. It had negative correlation with the values of S-N and body length. Conclusion: Being an important criterion of the sagittal relationship between maxilla and mandible, angle ANB is affected by many other factors. Thus, the other factors will be evaluated with angle ANB when the sagittal correlation of maxilla and mandible is evaluated.
