无症状脑梗死的脑血流与影像学 被引量:5

摘要 无症状脑梗死 (SBI)的诊断主要依赖于头部CT、MRI ,SBI患者可见白质和皮质区域的脑代谢明显降低 ;如无明显痴呆 ,则白质疏松患者白质和皮质区域的脑代谢正常。MRI所见光滑边缘的病灶多为血管周围间隙扩张 ,而不规则性边缘的病灶多为腔隙梗死。血管周围间隙扩张一般多位于壳核 。
