摘要
通过对传统封孔方法存在问题的分析 ,很好地解决了“三软”煤层封孔难的问题 ,为“三软”煤层实施煤层注水防尘提供了很好的封孔方法 .高水材料是一种具有流动性强、凝结速度快、抗压强度大、结晶微膨胀等特点的早强固化材料 ,采用灌入式可直接实现封孔 .该技术在邢台矿务局显德旺煤矿 172 3工作面进行试验取得了良好的效果 ,达到了封孔工艺简单、封孔深度大、密封性能好、成本低的目的 .
The problems in the general sealing methods is analyzed in this paper, then the authors comprehensively researched the new technology of sealing with high-water rapid-solidifying material, the difficulty to sealing in 'weak seam, roof and floor' have been finely resolved, there is a good sealing method for injection to 'weak seam, roof and floor' coal seam in order to dust control. High-water rapid-solidifying material is a kind of primeval intensity material with characters of good mobility, coagulation speed fast, compressive strength greatly, crystal distension slightly. It can be directly used to seal by pouring. The technology has been applied in the No.1723 working face in Xiandewang Coal Mine of Xingtai Mining (Group) Co. Ltd. and the application has achieved to realize the aims of process easily, length deeply, seal finely and cost cheaply.
