摘要
提出并研究了利用工业废碱液对地下气化煤气中CO2 和H2 S进行同时吸收的新方法 .分析了碱液吸收CO2 和H2 S的基本原理 ,并建立了碱液吸收CO2 和H2 S的传质模型 .在模型实验和数值模拟的基础上 ,研究了H2 S的存在对碱液吸收CO2 的影响 .通过研究发现 ,在适宜的碱液浓度及液气比条件下 ,CO2 的脱除效率可达 60 %以上 .当CO2 脱除率为 5 8% ,80 %或大于90 %时 ,煤气热值可分别提高 12 3% ,17 7%和 2 0 %以上 .计算结果表明 ,数值模拟值与实验值基本一致 .
The new method of simultaneous disposal of CO 2 and H 2S in coal gas generated in the process of Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) using industrial waste alkali liquor is put forward and studied for the first time. The rationale of alkaline solution with CO 2 and H 2S is analyzed, and the mass transfer model for the above process is established. The influence of the existence of H 2S on the alkaline solution with CO 2 is studied on the basis of the model test and numerical simulation. By means of study, we find that removal efficiency of CO 2 can reach more than 60% under the conditions of the suitable concentration of the alkali liquor and ratio of liquid to gas, heat value of coal gas can heighten by 12.3%,17.7% and over 20% respectively when removal efficiency of CO 2 is 58%,80% and greater than 90%. Calculation results indicate that numerical simulation value is basically in accordance with the test one.
