By summarizing the rules of thunderbolt occurrence, the active characteristic of thunderbolt were analyzed. The thought on the thunderbolt were enhanced and lightningproof measurements were proposed to help the people towards benefit avoid impair and to reduce the occurrence of lightning strike accident.
