摘要
仪器可互换技术是当前自动测试领域的焦点。本文分析了IVI(interchangeablevirtualinstruments)技术的基本原理 ,并给出了一套新的可互换技术。该技术在借鉴IVI的基础上 ,实现了仪器可互换、仿真及仪器组合 ,并支持用户对类仪器驱动程序的创建及注册 。
Instrument interchangeable technology is the focus point in the domain of automated test.The basic principle of IVI is analyzed,and a new instrument interchangeable technology is discussed.Instrument interchangeable,simulation and combination are realized in this technology.It is opened to user,who can create his own class instrument drivers and register them into the system.
