摘要
铍铝合金具有质量轻、比强度高、比刚度高、热稳定性好、高韧性、抗腐蚀、结合了铍的低密度与铝的易加工性等许多优良特性 ,在航空、航天工业、计算机制造业、汽车工业及高精、高速度电焊机器制造工业中得到了大量应用 ,已成为一种越来越重要的新型材料。综述了铍铝合金的研发、生产现状、主要性能、应用领域及世界主要生产厂家和主要的铍铝合金系列。因铍是一种剧毒元素 ,其熔炼、加工工艺需要非常严格的防护条件 ;所以铍及其合金的生产只局限在极少数企业中 ,这也限制了铍铝合金的研发、应用。
AlBe alloy has many excellent properties, such as lightweight, high specific strength, high specific stiffness, anticorrosion, combines the lightweight of Be and good machinability of Al. So they are widely used in aviation, aerospace industry, computer and automobile manufacture etc, becoming a new kind of structure material. This paper summarizes the study and production state, application field and main property of AlBe alloy. Because Be is a poisonous element and its production process needs strict protective conditions, so there are only a very limited number of factories producting Be and its alloys in the world, therefore the study and application of AlBe alloy are limited.
