摘要
对热连轧宽带钢轧制工艺中道次变形量的分配进行了探讨,提出了道次变形量的自动分配模型。该模型比传统的最优目标法简便、快捷,可为轧钢工艺设计(轧机数确定、轧机选型及电机选型)和在线控制中道次压下预设定提供理论参考。
Distribution of engineering strain for continuous hot rolling of widestrip steel was discussed. The automatic distribution model of engineering strain was set up, which is a simple approach compared with the traditional optimum goal approach. This automatic model is based on the rolling schedule designing (the number of roll mill, roll mill type and motor type) and engineering strain distribution of inline production. So, it is very important in theory and in practice.
