通过对晶闸管式弧焊整流器的控制原理和特点进行分析,得出应该采用模糊方法对晶闸管式弧焊整流器外特性进行控制。重点讨论了各种外特性的模糊方法实现,最后,对恒压、恒流外特性进行了模拟调试,得到了较为理想的结果。

By analyzing the characteristic and control principle of SCR welding rectifier,it concludes that fuzzy method should be used in adjusting the external characteristic of SCR welding rectifier.This article highlights the realization of the fuzzy method.Finally,the good result is obtained by debugging.
