摘要
从无卡轴旋切机的原理出发 ,推导出刀具进给速度与驱动辊转速、驱动辊直径、圆木外径、切削厚度等参量之间的函数关系 ,并依据该变速进给模型 ,设计出新型的无卡轴旋切机控制系统 ,结果表明
According to the principle of Log-core veneer lathe, the function relation of knife-carriage feeding speed, driving roller's rotate speed and diameter, log diameter and cutting thickness has been deduced. By the variable-speed feeding speed, the control system of log-core veneer lathe has been designed. The result indicates that making precision and lumber' using rate have been increased.
