摘要 使用少体物理方法 ,计算了在不同的磁场、杂质作用下二维 3电子量子点基态的能量和角动量 ,获得了它们受磁场和杂质影响的结果 ,并且从动力学和对称性两方面对结果进行了分析。 With the method of few-body physics,the values of the energy and angular momenturn in ground state for a 2-dimensional 3-electron quantum dot are obtained under different magnetic fields and different impurities. They are verified by the analysis of dynamics and symmetry.
