摘要
采用Bridgeman定向凝固装置 ,研究Al Cu合金的定向凝固特点及直流磁场对定向凝固组织的影响。在磁场作用下 ,宏观组织柱状晶组织的宽度增加 ,且枝晶的一次臂平均间距减小 ,枝晶的取向较为一致。说明在定向凝固条件下 。
The characteristics of the directionally solidified alloy and the effects of stationary electromagnetic field on the macrostructure and microstructure of the alloy are investigated by using the directionally solidified device of Bridgeman The results show that the width of the columnar crystalline grains is increased and the average of primary dendrite arm space is reduced It is indicated that the convection of the molten alloy is restrained by the stationary magnetic field
