季铵盐萃取硫脲的机理研究

摘要 通过红外光谱、饱和容量法和斜率法等方法研究季铵盐萃取硫脲的机理。结果表明 ,硫脲以中性分子形式被季铵盐萃取 ,萃取机理为中性缔合 ,萃合比为 1∶1,水参与萃合物的组成。硫脲通过氨基与有机相中的水形成氢键 ,并与季铵阳离子的极性端发生作用而进入有机相 ,季铵阳离子仍与氯离子形成离子对。 The mechanism of the thiourea extraction by the quaternary ammonium salt N263 is investigated by the infrared spectrum, saturated capacity and slope methods It is found that thiourea is extracted as SC(NH) 2 by quaternary ammonium salt N263, the mechanism is neutral molecule extraction but not anion exchange, the ratio of N263 to thiourea is 1∶1, and water plays an important role in the extraction process -NH 2 group in thiourea not only forms hydrogen bond with water in organic, but also interplays with the cation part of N263
