The Production of Fodder yeast Powder and Water-Reduang Agent from stillage of Alcohol Made from Molasses of Carbonatation Process Sugar Mill

主要介绍了用碳酸法甘蔗糖蜜酒精废液为唯一原料,发酵生产饲料酵母粉及用其二次废液制液体减水剂的生产实践。结果表明,80m^3该酒精废液可产1t饲料酵母粉和20t液体减水剂,并彻底解决了它的污染。

This paper discusses the production practice of producing fodder yeast powder from the stillage of alcohol made from molasses of carbonatiion process sugar mill asthe only raw material. Water-reducing agent was produced from its secondary waste liquor. Results showed that a ton of fodder yeast powder and 20 tons of water-reducing agent were produced from 80 m^3 of the alcohol stillage and at the same time, its pollution problem was thoroughly solved.
