摘要
研究膜电解电溶法制备高纯氯化镍工艺中电流密度、盐酸浓度、温度对电流效率和槽电压的影响。优化工艺条件为 :电流密度DC=2DA=40 0A/m2 ,盐酸浓度 3mol/L ,电解液温度 40℃。与电解工艺相比 ,以电解镍为原料生产高纯氯化镍 ,膜电解电溶法是环境友好、能耗低。
