摘要
采用真空中频熔炼、热加工轧制及热处理研制出符合航空要求的高温镍铍钛合金带。并且各项性能达到了美国同类产品水平。其力学性能 ,固溶状态下 :σb≤ 812MPa ,δ1 0 ≥ 3 0 % ,Hv≤ 2 5 0kg·mm- 2 ,晶粒度≤ 0 0 5 5mm ;固溶 时效状态下 :σb≥ 15 19MPa ,δ1 0 ≥ 3 % ,Hv≥ 5 0 0kg·mm- 2 。
Adoping vacuum middle frequency melting, hot pressing, and heat treatment the high temperature Ni Be Ti alloy strip accorded with the demand of avigation was made. Its performance in total reaches to the level of the same kind of products abroad. The mechanical property after solution annealing is as follows: σ b≤812 MPa, δ 10 ≥30%, Hv≤ 250 kg·mm -2 . Crystalline grain≤0 055 mm, The mechanical property after solution annealing ageing is as follows: σ b≥1519 MPa, δ 10 ≥3%, Hv≥500 kg·mm -2 .
