摘要
为降低TiMn2 储氢合金的滞后效应 ,分别采用Fe元素和Fe ,V两种元素取代合金中的部分Mn元素。PCT (pressure composition tempera ture)测试结果表明 ,Fe元素取代合金中的部分Mn元素可以降低合金的滞后效应 ,而Fe ,V两种元素同时取代合金中的部分Mn元素时不仅降低了合金的滞后效应 ,而且大大提高了合金的储氢容量。根据不同温度下的PCT测试结果可以推出各体系的焓变和熵变。TiFe0 1 Mn1 9和TiFe0 1 V0 2 Mn1 7的焓变分别为 3 6 9和 2 9 19kJ·mol- 1 。
To reduce hydrogen absorption desorption hysteresis of TiMn 2 based hydrogen storage alloys, iron or iron vanadium was added to substitute manganese of TiMn 2 PCT tests show that the hysteresis of the system reduces when partil manganese is substituted by iron Substitution of manganese by iron vanadium not only reduces hysteresis but also improves hydrogen storage capacity obviously. Based on PCT tests at different temperature entropy and enthalpy of each system could be calculated out The enthalpy of TiFe 0 1 Mn 1 9 and TiFe 0 1 V 0 2 Mn 1 7 are 36 9 kJ·mol -1 and 29 19 kJ·mol -1 respectively
