稀土草酸盐的溶解度与稀土氧化物粒度之间的关系及粒度控制 被引量:13

摘要 通过稀土草酸盐溶解度与粒度的关系 ,探索控制稀土氧化物粒度的途径。实验测定了几种稀土草酸盐在草酸沉淀母液中的溶解度 ,并对不同草酸沉淀条件下获得的单一稀土氧化物的粒度进行比较 ,得到了其氧化物粒度与草酸盐溶解度之间的关系。通过对Y2 O3,Eu2 O3,Gd2 O3,Dy2 O3的粒度数据进行分析对照 。 In order to seek out the method of controlling the particle size of rare earth oxide on the basis of relationship between the particle size and solubility of rare earth oxalates, the solubility of several rare earth oxalates in original solution of precipitation was tested. The particle size results were compored in different precipitation conditions, and a relation between the particle size and solubility of the oxalates was obtained, so a peliminany method to control the particle size of Y 2O 3, Eu 2O 3, Gd 2O 3 and Dy 2O 3 was obtained by analyzing the results.
