摘要
研究了热暴露对Ti 2 5V 15Cr 2Al 0 2C阻燃β钛合金微观组织的影响。结果表明 ,在 5 40℃ (该合金期望使用温度 )热暴露 10 0h后 ,合金晶界上形成了连续的α膜 ,β基体和少量α相发生了短程有序化 (SRO)转变。除此之外 ,热暴露过程中还有少量的金属间化合物TiCr2 相析出。
The effect of thermal exposure on microstructure of non burning β titanium alloy Ti 25V 15Cr 2Al 0 2C was investigated The results show that after exposure at 540 ℃(expectant application temperature of the alloy) for 100 h, a continuous α film is formed at β grain boundaries and a low degree of short range ordering (SRO) of the β matrix and α precipitation occurs In addition, a small amount of intermetallic compound TiCr 2 was also produced by a slow eutectoid reaction during long term exposure
