摘要 分析了实现对 APON系统上行信号的突发式光发射和突发式光接收的关键技术 ,提出了开发适合于 1 5 5 Mb/s数据速率的突发式光发射模块和突发式光接收模块的实现方法 .发射模块采用了峰值检测技术 ,突发模式接收机采用了直流耦合和阈值复位式接收方式 ,并解决 1 5 5 Mb/s高速 APON系统中接收端的快速同步问题 ,实现了第一个比特恢复数据 . This paper introduces the key technologies of burst mode optical receiver and transmitter module in APON system, and proposes a method of designing 155 Mb/s burst mode optical receiver and transmitter module. The transmitter module uses the peak detection technology, the receiver module uses the DC coupling and threshold reset receiving method. And presents the fast bit synchronization technique for upstream cell, the circuit can recover data on the first bit.
