摘要
运用专家系统理论和海上交通工程学的研究成果 ,对船舶避碰领域相关知识进行了处理 ,并建立一种船舶智能避碰专家系统 ,可用于指导船舶海上避碰航行 .
Guided by the theory of expert system and the knowledge of marine traffic research, the treatment of the knowledge about ship avoidance collision is studied. A ship intelligent avoiding collision expert system is established, which can be used to guide the anti collision navigation.
