摘要
在探讨汽车智能车牌识别系统中图像获取技术的基础上 ,提出了一种合理且实用的图像获取方案 ,并对方案中摄像头和图像卡的选取、摄像机的位置标定、汽车的车速、出入单位的汽车车队之间的距离、天气情况对摄像机所摄图像曝光量的影响等问题进行了详细的分析和讨论 ,能使智能车牌识别系统在各种复杂变化的环境中获得理想清晰的车牌图像 。
A reasonable and usable scheme of image obtaining is presented after an analysis of image obtaining technique which will be used in the intelligent vehicle plate recognization system.The scheme is discussed in detail of the selection of camera and image collection card, the placing of camera,the speed of vehicle, the distance between motorcade and the weather effection on image exposure.This scheme can be used to obtain a perfect and clear vehicle plate image in complex environment.
