自体造血干细胞移植治疗恶性血液病116例临床分析

The clinical analysis of Autologous haemapoiesis stem cell transplantat ion treats malignant hemacytological disease 116 cases

目的 :探讨自体造血干细胞移植 (AHSCT)治疗恶性血液病的疗效及影响因素。方法 :观察三种不同移植方法的并发症、造血恢复时间、三年无病生存率 (DFS)。结果 :自体外周血造血干细胞移植 (APBSCT)并发症少 ,造血恢复快 ,但三种移植方法DFS无明显差别。结论 :APBSCT较自体骨髓移植 (ABMT)更安全 。

Objective:To study the curative effec t and correlative factors of AHSCT in malignant macytological disease.Methods:Observe the heamopoiesis reconstruct,DFS in 3 ki nds of transplantations.Results:APBSCT heamopoiesis reconstruct faster, but ther e wasnt significant difference of DFS in 3 kinds of transplantations.Conclusion:APBSCT has more safety than ABMT. HASCT can b e carried out as ealier as possible after obtain complete remission or partial r emission.
