The author describes the mechanism of cane feeding with the aid of urler bagasse feed roller.The roller is a lightweight shell with special groo- ving for better feeding and optimized roller setting.The sugar cane falls down from an overhead feed chute vertically,drives the roller to rotate and renders the feeding system simple and effective.
