摘要
探讨并实现了钢轨交流闪光焊焊接电流恒值控制的控制算法,以从CPU完成了闪光焊的恒流控制和焊接过程控制,以主CPU高速采集(采样频率400kHz)焊接电流、焊接电压、动立柱位移量、油压等参数,计算有关质量参数(焊接各阶段焊接电流、短路时间、闪光量等),初步建立了适合钢轨闪光焊的质量判断准则,完成了钢轨闪光焊接头的质量评定。
The control of the welding quality of the rail is a key technology in seamless rail's laying, and is difficult. In this paper, the method of the constant welding current control was discussed, and the subordinate computer was adopted to finished constant welding current control and welding procedure control; the preliminary evaluation standard of the rail welding quality was founded according to the welding parameters (welding current, welding voltage and displacement, etc) collected with high sampling frequency(400 kHz) by the main computer, and the evaluation of the rail welding quality was accomplished.
