“与时俱进”是十六大报告的一个重要理念 ,其实质在于强调实践基础之上的理论创新。本文立足于千年世纪之交中国现代化建设实践中主、客体的实际 ,界定了“能说服人的中国经济学”之内涵 ,进而讨论了其性质、对象、目标和方法 ,并论证了探索能说服人的中国经济学之必要性与可能性。

Advance with Time' is an important idea of our Party's 16th national congress report. The essence of which lies in emphasizing the theoretical innovation on the basis of practice. Based on the subject and object of China's modernization construction in the turn of millennium , this article defines the connotation of the 'forceful Chinese Economics', then discusses its nature , object , target and method, and at last demonstrates the necessity and possibility in exploring the forceful Chinese Economy.
