摘要
儒学不仅是中国传统文化的主导力量,且辐射到日本、东南亚国家乃至整个世界。深入研究儒学对现代企业文化的双面影响,很有理论价值和现实意义。将儒学置于社会历史、政治和经济大环境中,着眼于历史演化和中外比较,全面探讨儒学和企业文化渊源关系,将儒学浓重的人情观念予以扬弃,使之“硬化”;将儒学从封建伦理道德唯上是从的禁锢中解救出来,加以“泛化”,才能真正做到古为今用,为构建人本主义现代企业文化服务。
Confucianism is not only a leading power in Chinese traditional culture, but rather its influence has reached Japan, Southeast Asian countries and the whole world. It is meaningful both theoretically and practically to have a study of the two-way influence of Confucianism to the modern enterprise culture. We should put Confucianism into the environment of the social history, politics and economy, pay attention to the historical development and compare it with foreign cultures, and study the long deep historical relationship between Confucianism and modern enterprise culture, throw away the heavy conception of human relationship and institutionalize it, and liberate it from the confinement of the 'obedience to the upper rank' and broaden it so that it can serve the humanistic modern enterprise culture, and so as to make modern use of the old tradition.
