摘要
以国家干预为特点的粮食保护政策,必然会扭曲市场运行机制,削弱资源优化配置功能。这就要求建立符合我国国情和市场经济规律要求的粮食贸易新体制,实现主要由政府调节粮食供求的政策向主要由市场调节粮食供求的转变。
The food protection policy that take state interposition as characteristic twisted market moving system, weekened the function of resources optimization disposition.This condition demand to establish the food trade system which fit our contry's condition and demand of market ecnomic rule,realize the changing from the policy of government adjusting food supply and demand.
