摘要
行政腐败是国家行政人员滥用公共权力谋取私利的行为 ,是权力运作过程中发生的异化和失控现象。它的滋生、蔓延 ,损害了党和政府在人民心目中的威信与形象 ,危及到了党的生存和国家的长治久安。我们必须找出其滋生蔓延的原因 ,采取相应的遏制对策 。
Administration corruption is an action of governmental personnels' abuse of common power and seeking personal gain,and an alienated and uncontrollable phenomenon which happens in the process of operating power.Its arising and extending deteriorate the prestige and image of the Party and the government in citizen's mind,make CCP at stake and do harm to our countries' lasting stability.We must find out its causes and adopt corresponding countermeasures to root out such corruption.
