中国古典诗歌音韵美形成的深层原因并非学界历来认为的汉语的单音节结构和四声特点 ,而是由汉语的生成机制——象声表意——所预设铸就了的 ,即汉语的词音特征与词语所指称的对象的自然音韵之间具有一种象拟的关系。这不仅使中国古典诗歌具有了一种“天籁”般音韵美的特征 ,而且使人们在诵读诗歌的过程中 ,即使脱离诗歌语词概念意义的导引 ,仅凭这些语词在诵读时的音韵特征 ,就可以获得对全诗情景韵味的总体把握。
