摘要
针对一台压缩天然气多点顺序喷射发动机开发了一套电控系统。电控系统精确控制各缸的点火提前角、天然气喷射量和喷射时刻;利用氧传感器实现闭环控制,将实际空燃比控制在理论空燃比附近,从而通过三元催化剂控制排放。发动机采用电控表现出良好的动力性和排放性能。
This peper introduces an electronic controlled system of a multi-point sequential injection CNG engine which controls exactly the ignition timing,injection quantity and timing of CNG.Through close loop control by an oxygen sensor,the actual air-fuel ratio is controlled to the ideal air-fuel ratio and the exhaust emission is reduced by a three unique catalytic converter.The electronically controlled engine test result shows that the CNG engine has good dynamic capability and the exhaust emission performance.
